The Sterling Faucet Company, manufacturers of brass goods, was
organized here October 29, 1913.
From that time until March of 1914 the company operated near
River Street. In March the plant was destroyed by fire. The
plant was never rebuilt.
In 1946 Alchrome Products Company was built in the same
location. |
