Newcomerstown Boy's Band Gives Concert

An open air band concert was given by the Newcomerstown Boys’
Band Friday evening at the court on central Main Street. The
band consists of 25 local youths and is directed by Charles
Leiser.
Newcomerstown Boy's Halyrion Band Concert

A large crowd attended the band concert Friday evening by the
Newcomerstown Boys’ Halyrion Band, under the direction of
Charles Leiser, at Cross and Main Streets. This was the second
concert given here by the band in the past two weeks in
appreciation of the support given by local residents during the
band’s booster tag sale, from which $34.50 was netted. The first
concert was held last Saturday evening.
Mr. Leiser is planning to enter the Halyrion Band in a parade
with over a score of other bands which will be held in
connection with the State Federation of Adult Bible Classes
convention at New Philadelphia, October 15.
Newcomerstown School Band
